Are your crystals authentic?

Yes. All pieces are ethically sourced and carefully selected. Quality, integrity, and energetic clarity are prioritized in every offering.

What exactly will I receive?

You will receive the exact crystal shown in the product photos. Each listing represents the specific piece available for purchase.

Are your products prepared in a pet-free environment?

All items are prepared and packaged in a home studio environment. While great care is taken to ensure products are handled and stored cleanly, please note that pets are present in the home. If you have severe allergies, please use discretion before purchasing.

Do you offer payment plans?

We offer limited payment plans on a case-by-case basis for select pieces.

If you feel a strong connection to a piece, you may reach out to inquire. Approved clients will receive
a private invoice with a structured payment schedule.

Please note:
• Full payment is required before shipment.
• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• Payment plans must be completed within the agreed timeframe.
• Missed or incomplete payments will result in cancellation, and funds paid will not be returned.

This ensures each piece remains protected, reserved, and honored for its intended owner.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Are all crystal purchases final sale?

Yes. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, all crystal sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit once an order has been placed.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Is local pick up available?

Local pickup may be available by arrangement. If applicable, please select the pickup option at checkout.
