Shipping Policy

Bearkuda & Asha Inc. (“BK&A”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) carefully packages and ships all orders from Canada.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within [3–5] business days unless otherwise stated.

High-value or oversized mineral specimens may require additional preparation time to ensure secure packaging.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via reputable carriers, including but not limited to:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection is determined at our discretion based on destination, weight, and service availability.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.

Oversized or heavy mineral specimens may incur premium shipping charges.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

4. Packaging Standards

All mineral specimens are inspected, documented, and securely packaged prior to shipment.

High-value and fragile pieces may be:

  • Double-boxed

  • Padded with protective materials

  • Shipped with insurance

  • Shipped with signature confirmation

Packaging methods are determined at our discretion to ensure safe transit.

5. Shipping Insurance & Liability

Insurance and signature confirmation may be applied at our discretion, particularly for high-value orders.

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the carrier, Bearkuda & Asha Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Carrier handling errors

  • Lost packages (subject to carrier claim investigation)

  • Damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery

Carrier investigations may be required before any resolution is issued.

6. Address Accuracy & Refused Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address entry or unpaid customs fees:

  • The order remains final sale

  • No refund will be issued

  • Additional shipping fees must be paid for reshipment

7. International Shipping & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We are legally required to declare the full value of all shipments and will not falsify customs documentation.

Refusal to pay customs charges does not qualify for a refund.

8. Shipping Delays

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Bearkuda & Asha Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Global shipping disruptions
