Return & Refund Policy

Bearkuda & Asha Inc. (“BK&A”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers curated, one-of-a-kind mineral specimens and limited apparel drops. Due to the fragile, unique, and limited nature of our products, all sales are final except as expressly outlined below.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Final Sale Policy

All crystal, mineral, and stone purchases are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Personal preference

  • Perceived energetic differences

  • Natural inclusions, fractures, or internal features

  • Surface texture variations inherent to natural stone

  • Minor irregularities consistent with genuine mineral specimens

Each piece is one-of-a-kind and photographed as accurately as possible. Natural characteristics are not considered defects. Please review all product descriptions and images carefully prior to purchase.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Bearkuda & Asha Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

2. Damaged in Transit (48-Hour Reporting Requirement)

If your order arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

To initiate a claim, you must provide:

  • Clear photographs of the unopened outer shipping box

  • Clear photographs of visible exterior box damage

  • Clear photographs of internal packaging materials

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item

  • A photo of the shipping label

All original packaging materials must be retained.

Failure to provide complete documentation within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Bearkuda & Asha Inc. reserves the right to:

  • File an insurance claim with the shipping carrier

  • Require additional documentation

  • Request return of the damaged item

Any resolution will be determined at our sole discretion and may require carrier investigation and approval before action is taken.

Damage resulting from mishandling, accidental drops after opening, improper storage, or customer-caused impact is not covered.

3. Apparel Manufacturing Defect Exception

All apparel items are final sale.

However, if an item arrives with a clear manufacturing defect — such as:

  • Severe misprint

  • Major print alignment error

  • Significant production flaw

  • Obvious garment defect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

Upon verification of a legitimate manufacturing defect, Bearkuda & Asha Inc. may, at its sole discretion:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund for the defective item only

Minor color variation, print texture differences, or incorrect size selection are not considered defects.

4. Address Accuracy & Returned Shipments

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address entry

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to claim the shipment

  • Failure to pay customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees

The order remains final sale.

No refund will be issued under any circumstance.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, additional shipping fees must be paid in full prior to reshipment.

Returned packages will not be automatically refunded or canceled.

5. International Orders

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are outside the control of Bearkuda & Asha Inc.

Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund.

6. Policy Acknowledgment

By placing an order with Bearkuda & Asha Inc., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
