About Caitlin

Hi, I’m Caitlin.

Bearkuda & Asha grew out of my lived experience — not a business plan, and not a single moment of decision, but a gradual unfolding shaped by curiosity, reflection, and a deep need to do something meaningful with what I was seeing in the world.

Animals, nature, symbolism, and awareness have always been part of how I understand life. The name Bearkuda & Asha is inspired by my three dogs, who have been constant companions and teachers in my life — embodying presence, loyalty, intuition, and connection. One has since passed, but their imprint remains deeply woven into this work and the way I move through it. Animals, as a whole, have always been an essential part of my world and continue to shape how I understand relationship, awareness, and care.

My Path

My path began with self-reflection and a search for work that felt honest and sustainable — something I was genuinely drawn to and capable of offering with integrity. That exploration initially led me into yoga, with the intention of building a future rooted in movement and embodiment. When physical injuries redirected that path, I didn’t stop — I listened.

That listening led me deeper.

Over time, I pursued training and study across multiple disciplines, including a 200-hour yoga certification, practitioner-based coaching education, Sacred Geometry Healing (Levels I & II), and work with the Akashic Records through Levels I, II & III, including Sacred Awakening: Soul Essence, along with continued learning focused on embodiment, awareness, and integration.

These experiences weren’t about collecting modalities. They were about understanding people — how we grow, how we carry our experiences, and how awareness can either stagnate or evolve.

Rather than working from a single framework, my approach lives at the intersection of these experiences, grounded in observation, reflection, and lived understanding.

My Mission

My mission is to contribute to healing where it’s possible — by helping people develop self-awareness, responsibility, and embodied understanding, and by offering work that supports meaningful change rather than passive observation.

I believe seeing what’s broken without engaging with how to improve it leads to disconnection. This work exists as a way to respond — thoughtfully, honestly, and in service to those who are willing to meet themselves.

How I See the Work

I don’t believe healing is something that can be given, imposed, or outsourced.

I believe it unfolds when people are offered space, language, and tools that help them reconnect with their own awareness — at their own pace and on their own terms.

Bearkuda & Asha exists as a container for that philosophy. It’s rooted in respect for individual agency, grounded exploration, and practices that support integration rather than quick transformation.

This work isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering what’s already present.

Working With the Physical World

Alongside reflective and embodied practices, I also work with the physical — particularly crystals and stones.

Crystals have long been part of my personal life, not as objects of belief, but as anchors for grounding, reflection, and intention. I’m drawn to their natural formation, their connection to the earth, and the way they invite pause and presence.

When offered through Bearkuda & Asha, crystals are shared with care and respect for their origin. They’re intended as companions to personal practice — something to hold, work with, or simply appreciate — rather than something meant to replace inner work.

The Symbolism Within the Mark

The Bearkuda & Asha symbol reflects animal energies that have appeared consistently throughout my life — not chosen for aesthetics alone, but for resonance.

The bear represents grounding, instinct, and inner strength — rooted in the earth.
The owl represents awareness and perception connected to the sky — a symbol of clarity, perspective, and insight from above.
The elephant carries the essence of loyalty, memory, and kinship.
The seal brings softness, playfulness, and connection to water — a reminder of flow, emotion, and gentleness.

Together, these symbols reflect balance — a meeting of earth, water, and sky, and the relationship between what is above and what is embodied below.

An Invitation

Bearkuda & Asha is for those who are curious, reflective, and willing to meet themselves honestly.

You don’t need to be fixed.
You don’t need to become someone else.

You’re already carrying what you need — this is simply a place to remember it.
